Location: Gurgaon (GGN) – Work from Office

Role: Collections Specialist

Work Week: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Cab: Free Both-Way Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S.-based customers
- Manage past-due accounts with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing disputes and account-related concerns
- Negotiate realistic payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, payment promises & account records
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals





What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in First-Party Collections / International Customer Support

U.S. Voice experience preferred

Minimum B2 English proficiency

Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills

High emotional intelligence and customer-handling ability

Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office
