n Role: Collections Specialist

n Work Week: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

n Shift: Rotational Shifts

n Cab: Free Both-Way Cab Facility

nnKey Responsibilities

n• Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S.-based customers

n• Manage past-due accounts with empathy and professionalism

n• Resolve billing disputes and account-related concerns

n• Negotiate realistic payment arrangements

n• Maintain accurate CRM notes, payment promises & account records

n• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals





nnWhat We’re Looking For

nPrior experience in First-Party Collections / International Customer Support

n U.S. Voice experience preferred

nMinimum B2 English proficiency

nStrong communication & conflict-resolution skills

nHigh emotional intelligence and customer-handling ability

nComfortable working from the Gurgaon office
