Position: Debt Collection Team Lead Department: Collections & Recovery Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: 12th,Graduate (Any Discipline) Location: Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Debt Collection Team Lead to lead a team of Field Collection Executives (FOS/DRA) for bank recovery operations. The candidate should have experience in team handling, collection strategy, and achieving monthly recovery targets while ensuring compliance with bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 15–30 Collection Executives/FOS. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Monitor field visits and recovery activities through daily reporting.

Recruit, train, and onboard new Collection Executives. Conduct morning briefings and evening performance reviews. SMA bucket-wise recovery performance.



Coordinate with bank officials and submit MIS reports.

Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI and company guidelines. Resolve customer escalations and support the team in difficult recovery cases.

Required Skills Team handling and leadership. Solid communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in field collections and recovery. Knowledge of DRA processes and banking collections. Ability to work under target-driven environments. Basic MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Preferred Experience Experience with any banking recovery project.
