Role Description The Co-Founder role at Go BuildMart is a leadership position responsible for driving strategy, operations, and growth across the business. On a day-to-day basis, this includes defining the product roadmap, coordinating with technology and operations teams, managing vendor and buyer relationships, and overseeing key business metrics. The Co-Founder will also be involved in fundraising activities, partnership development, branding, and setting up scalable processes.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to support effective execution and team alignment.

Qualifications





- Strong business and strategic thinking skills, including experience in building or scaling a startup or business unit.

- Operational management abilities, with experience in process design, vendor management, and logistics or supply chain preferred.

- Product and market understanding, including customer research, problem-solution fit, and basic familiarity with digital platforms or marketplaces.

- Financial acumen, with the ability to understand unit economics, budgets, and investor expectations.

- Leadership and team-building skills, including hiring, mentoring, and aligning cross-functional teams around clear goals.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging partners, vendors, customers, and potential investors.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Relevant experience in construction, building materials, e-commerce, or B2B marketplaces is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field; an advanced degree is helpful but not required if experience is strong.
