Duties and ResponsibilitiesKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

- Draw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualization of processed data, identify trends and anomalies.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for live business problems.
- Understand the product sales funnel end to end and build data insights to improve funnel efficiency.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills - has the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem.
- Acts as a liaison with data scientists to pass actionable insights and traffic patterns to build advanced analytics use cases.
- Coordinate with product teams and performance marketing team to strategize the plan based on insights to drive the business numbers.

AUTOMATION INITIATIVES

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for requirement gathering, translating business problems into technical requirements and implement reporting automations.
- Monitor the report performance once deployed and implement rapid iterations as per business requirement changes.
- Proactive in exploring new technologies, new tech stack for finding optimized and up-to-date solutions for automation work.
- Develop, deploy and monitor proactive and reactive alert mechanisms across daily MIS covering multiple products.




- Write and optimize moderate to complex query techniques for reporting optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 3 years of strong technical experience of MS SQL and business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL server with query optimization, handling big data on cloud environment.
- Hands-on experience on SSIS, SSRS, alert mechanisms.
- Demonstrable experience using statistical techniques to turn data into insightful information to favorably impact the business decisions.
- Expert in data visualization techniques and hands-on experience on Tableau, Qlikview or similar tools.
- Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project and program requirements.
