– Cluster Lead – MFD Acquisition

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cluster Lead to drive Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) acquisition, onboarding, activation, and business growth across an assigned cluster. The role will involve leading a team, building robust partner relationships, and driving AUM and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead MFD/IFA acquisition and business development across the assigned cluster.

Identify and onboard new MFDs, IFAs, financial advisors, and wealth partners.

Build and manage a strong partner network across key cities and markets.

Drive partner activation, SIP registrations, AUM growth, and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales/relationship management team.

Develop local market strategies through referrals, events, AMC relationships, and industry networks.

Build strong relationships with key MFDs and strategic partners.





Track business performance, pipeline, conversion, AUM, SIPs, and revenue metrics.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.

Conduct partner meets, investor awareness programs, and market activation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

7–12 years of experience in Mutual Fund Distribution, Wealth Management, Broking, BFSI, or Fintech.

Strong experience in MFD/IFA acquisition and relationship management.

Proven track record of achieving business/AUM targets.

Experience managing and leading a sales/relationship team.

Strong understanding of mutual fund products and distribution ecosystem.

Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and people-management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster.
