Job Purpose

– Lab Cluster Manager

Manage multiple hospital laboratories to ensure effective operations, quality, compliance, timely reporting, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of multiple laboratories.
- Lead manpower, shifts, productivity, and team performance.
- Ensure quality, TAT, NABL/ISO compliance, and patient safety.
- Manage equipment, reagents, inventory, and costs.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, vendors, and management.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Master's in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences / related field.
- 8+ years laboratory experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing multiple hospital laboratories preferred.
