Role Description The Cloudflare ZeroTrust Admin is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for administering and optimizing BAMKO’s Cloudflare Zero Trust environment. This role involves configuring access policies, managing identity and device posture integrations, and monitoring security events to ensure secure and reliable access to internal and external resources. The individual will handle day-to-day tasks such as onboarding and offboarding users, troubleshooting connectivity issues, maintaining documentation of configurations and procedures, and coordinating with IT, security, and business teams on access requirements.

ZeroTrust Admin will also support periodic audits, implement best practices, participate in incident response, and contribute to continuous improvement of BAMKO’s security posture and network performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for explicit documentation, stakeholder coordination, and user support.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logs, identify access issues, and optimize Zero Trust configurations.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities to manage user accounts, maintain records, and support IT processes.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle user requests, resolve access problems, and provide timely support.
- Candidates should possess Finance awareness sufficient to understand cost implications of security and network decisions and work within budget guidelines.
- Relevant experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust (or similar SASE/ZTNA platforms), networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewalls), and identity providers (SSO, MFA) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT/security administration.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, collaborate with global teams, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to security and compliance standards.
