About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect / Cloud Technical Consultant to guide customers through the complete cloud delivery lifecycle, from solution design and environment provisioning to deployment, validation, and operational handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise application delivery, ERP implementations, cloud migrations, and customer-facing consulting.

Experience with QAD Adaptive ERP, QAD Integration Platform, or similar enterprise ERP ecosystems is highly desirable. The role requires close collaboration with customers, project teams, architects, and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful cloud deployments and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Lead customers through the end-to-end cloud delivery lifecycle from solution design through environment handover.
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements and translate them into cloud-based solution designs.
- Design and configure cloud environments aligned with project requirements and enterprise standards.
- Support tenant provisioning, environment setup, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, ERP consultants, architects, and customer stakeholders throughout implementation engagements.
- Validate cloud environments to ensure readiness, performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
- Support ERP cloud implementation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities across multiple environments.
- Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews with customers.
- Assist customers in cloud adoption, transition planning, and operational readiness activities.
- Provide technical guidance on environment architecture, networking, connectivity, and platform administration.
- Develop deployment documentation, environment specifications,



and handover artifacts.
- Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and technical escalations during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security standards, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with support and operations teams during project transitions and go-live activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives around cloud deployment and delivery processes.
- Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and technical assessments when required.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in Cloud Consulting, Cloud Architecture, ERP Delivery, Infrastructure Engineering, or Technical Solution Consulting.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise application deployments and cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation and delivery lifecycles.
- Experience working with enterprise ERP platforms such as QAD, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of tenant provisioning, environment setup, and platform administration activities.
- Experience with cloud migration and environment modernization initiatives.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, routing, connectivity, firewalls, and security controls.
- Familiarity with cloud platform operations, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of cloud governance, compliance, security, and operational best practices.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including implementation consultants, architects,



infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend suitable cloud deployment approaches.
- Experience creating technical documentation, deployment guides, solution blueprints, and operational procedures.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global delivery environments and managing customer expectations.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide consulting recommendations.
