Role Description The Cloud Administrator role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing the organization’s cloud-based infrastructure. This role includes configuring and managing cloud services, ensuring system reliability and scalability, and implementing best practices for performance and cost optimization.

The Cloud

Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as provisioning resources, managing backups, monitoring system health, and resolving incidents and service interruptions.



The role also involves collaborating with development and operations teams to support deployments, enhance security controls, and continuously improve the overall cloud environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Cloud Administration, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of cloud services.
- Candidates should possess solid System Administration and Infrastructure skills, covering server management, storage, backups, and performance tuning.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues across applications, services, and infrastructure components.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing and managing firewalls, access controls, encryption, and security policies.
- Relevant experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting or automation tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Terraform), and CI/CD practices is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment are important.
