Role Description The Marketing Manager Clinical Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote Healing Hands Clinic’s specialized services and patient-centered care. This full-time, in office role based in Pune City involves planning and implementing clinical marketing campaigns, managing offline marketing channels, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and ethical representation of clinical offerings. The individual will analyze market trends, patient demographics, and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities,



optimize patient acquisition, and strengthen the clinic’s brand.

Daily responsibilities include content planning, overseeing promotional materials, managing relationships with referring physicians and partners, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also requires maintaining compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and supporting patient education initiatives through seminars, events, and digital content.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in healthcare or clinical marketing, with experience developing strategies for specialty clinics or medical services.
- Experience in brand management, offline campaigns, and relationship-building with referring physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, patient trends, and campaign performance to inform decisions and optimize results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical concepts into clear, patient-friendly messaging.
- Comfort working on-site in Pune City and collaborating closely with clinical staff and leadership.
