nn We’re hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage and deepen relationships with an active portfolio of retail, affluent & HNI investors.

nn Bangalore | Hybrid

n 2–5 Years Experience

n NISM Series V-A – Mandatory

nn What you’ll do:

nn• Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned client portfolio.

n • Conduct periodic client conversations and portfolio reviews.

n • Help clients understand their investments, portfolio performance and relevant market developments.

n • Monitor SIP engagement and proactively address client concerns.





n • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely execution.

n • Identify relevant investment opportunities based on genuine client needs.

nn What we’re looking for:

nn• 2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Broking or Financial Services .

n• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs & basic asset allocation .

n• NISM Series V-A – Mandatory .

n• MBA Finance / CFP® / relevant certifications will be an advantage.

n• Excellent communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.

n• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-up discipline.
