nRole Overview

nWe're looking for a Client Success (Chat) Associate to manage client conversations entirely over chat/WhatsApp. You will be the voice of Voy - supporting clients with fast, empathetic, and skilled communication throughout their health journey.

nWhat You'll Be Doing ?

- Respond to client queries on Chat/WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner

- Guide clients on programs, meal plans, onboarding, renewals, and appointments
n
- Maintain a warm, encouraging, and health-focused brand voice
n
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently without losing context
n
- Capture feedback and common pain points to improve the client experience
n

nWhat We're Looking For ?

- Excellent written English and strong text-based communication skills
n
- Ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism through chat
n
- High typing speed and comfort using WhatsApp Business/Web
n
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
n
- Interest in nutrition, wellness, or health is a plus
