About Insighte Childcare

Insighte works with children, families, therapists and schools across personalised developmental, educational and mental-health support.

Our work includes school-based support, homecare, counselling, clinical programs and partnerships.

We are currently building stronger technology, automation and data systems so our teams can spend less time coordinating processes and more time solving meaningful problems for families.

We are looking for people who want to help build that next version of Insighte.

About the Role

Insighte Childcare is looking for a Client Success & Revenue Operations Manager to own the client journey from enquiry to activation, retention and ongoing service experience.

This is not a conventional CRM or customer support role.

We are looking for someone who can combine:

- Client communication
- Revenue ownership
- Operational follow-through
- Problem solving
- Cross-team coordination
- Data discipline

You will work closely with CRM, HR/Talent, Clinical, Finance and Operations to make sure clients move smoothly through the system and issues do not remain unresolved.

The role is best suited for someone who likes taking ownership, working with numbers, solving messy operational problems and getting things closed.

Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid

Compensation:-

Fixed: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Performance Variable: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month based on agreed outcomes.

Potential monthly compensation: ₹35,000–₹50,000

Variable pay will be linked primarily to:

- New client activations
- Conversion
- Replacement turnaround time
- Retention
- Revenue/payment follow-up
- CRM/data accuracy

What You Will Own

1. New Client Conversion & Activation

Own the journey from incoming enquiry until the client successfully starts services.

You will

- Follow up with incoming leads
- Understand client requirements
- Coordinate assessments or introductory conversations
- Move qualified leads towards conversion
- Coordinate therapist/service availability
- Ensure clients complete payments and onboarding requirements
- Track clients until services actually begin

Your job does not end when the client says “yes.”

The outcome is an activated, paying client.

2. Client Success & Retention

Own the ongoing relationship with clients.

You will

- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Identify dissatisfaction before it becomes an escalation
- Resolve operational concerns
- Coordinate with clinical teams when clinical intervention is required

- Track clients at risk of discontinuing
- Manage renewals and continuation conversations
- Capture structured client feedback

The objective is to build long-term client relationships, not simply respond to messages.

3. Therapist Mapping & Replacement Coordination

Work with HR/Talent and Clinical teams to ensure clients receive suitable professionals within agreed timelines.

You will

- Clearly communicate client requirements internally
- Track pending mappings
- Follow up on therapist availability
- Coordinate introductions and start dates
- Manage replacement requests
- Keep clients informed during delays

You are not expected to recruit therapists yourself.

Your responsibility is to make sure the client outcome gets delivered.

4. Revenue Operations

You will have direct visibility into the revenue funnel.

This includes

- Tracking converted vs activated clients
- Following up on pending payments
- Identifying cases where services are active but billing/payment is unresolved
- Coordinating with Finance on payment issues
- Tracking clients who have paused or discontinued
- Ensuring every client has a clear commercial status

You should be comfortable working with numbers and dashboards.

5. CRM & Data Ownership

Every active lead and client should have:

- Correct status
- Clear owner
- Next action
- Follow-up date
- Service status
- Payment status
- Relevant notes

You will ensure the CRM reflects reality.

We increasingly use technology and automation to reduce manual coordination, so you should be comfortable learning recent tools and improving workflows.

6. Escalation & Problem Solving

You will often encounter situations such as:

- A therapist suddenly resigning
- An unhappy parent
- Delayed therapist deployment
- Client payment pending
- A replacement taking too long
- Internal teams giving conflicting information
- A client threatening to discontinue

We expect you to:

Understand the problem → identify the owner → create a solution → communicate clearly → follow through until closure.

Key Performance Indicators

Your performance will primarily be evaluated on:

- New clients activated every month
- Lead-to-paid-client conversion rate
- Average time from confirmation to service start
- Therapist replacement turnaround time
- Monthly client retention / discontinuation
- Outstanding client payments and revenue-at-risk
- Client escalation closure
- CRM and data accuracy

Activity alone will not be considered performance.

We care about outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

You may have experience in:

- Customer Success
- CRM
- Operations
- Healthcare operations
- Education / EdTech
- Recruitment or staffing
- Service marketplaces
- Hospitality
- Home healthcare
- Client relationship management
- Inside sales
- 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

You Will Be a Strong Fit If You

- Take ownership without needing constant follow-up
- Are comfortable speaking with parents and clients
- Can have difficult conversations respectfully
- Follow tasks through until they are actually completed
- Work comfortably with Excel/Sheets, CRM systems and dashboards
- Enjoy solving operational problems
- Can prioritise when several things go wrong simultaneously
- Understand numbers and business outcomes
- Communicate clearly with multiple teams
- Are comfortable working in a growing organisation where processes continue to evolve

This Role May Not Be for You If

- You prefer escalating problems rather than owning their resolution
- You prefer waiting for detailed instructions before acting
- You are uncomfortable being measured against targets
- You enjoy communication but dislike numbers or operational follow-through
- You consider updating a tracker equivalent to solving the underlying problem
- You struggle when priorities change

What Success Looks Like

Within the first three months, we would expect you to:

- Understand the complete Insighte client journey
- Independently manage the active CRM pipeline
- Create visibility on every pending activation and replacement
- Reduce unresolved client issues
- Improve follow-up discipline
- Identify revenue leakage
- Build predictable communication with HR, Clinical and Finance
- Own weekly client and revenue numbers without needing the founder to chase them

Over time, this role can grow into a larger Client Success / Revenue Operations leadership role as Insighte scales.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Benefits

- Paid sick time
- Paid time off

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka
