DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Servicing to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to recent heights.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Website Development, and Influencer Marketing to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare campaign briefs and communicate client requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Share campaign reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations with clients.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams regarding proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.




- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project status, and documentation in CRM or project management tools.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Influencer Marketing.
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Project Management tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
