Job Title: Client Relationship Manager We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to manage pharma clients, understand their campaign requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships Understand requirements and suggest suitable solutions Coordinate with design, technology and execution teams Provide regular project updates and ensure timely delivery Handle client feedback and identify new business opportunities Requirements: Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in pharma marketing, client servicing or account management is preferred.
