Key Responsibilities

1. Site &
- Project Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day door installation activities at project sites.

- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.

- Ensure proper utilization and handling of doors, hardware, tools, and other materials at site.

- Identify delays, risks, or site constraints and take timely corrective action.

1. Client Coordination &
- Reporting

- Act as the primary site-level point of contact for the client regarding project execution.

- Regularly update the client on project progress, site requirements, and installation status.

- Address client queries and coordinate for timely resolution of site-related issues.

- Prepare and share regular project/site progress reports with the Head Office.

- Escalate critical issues, delays, material shortages, or client concerns to the Head Office promptly.

1. Coordination with Head Office &
- Project Team

- Coordinate closely with the Head Office, project managers, design/technical team, logistics, and other internal departments.

- Communicate site requirements such as material, manpower, drawings, tools, and technical support.

- Coordinate material movement and availability to ensure uninterrupted installation.

- Maintain proper documentation of site activities,



measurements, requirements, and issues.

- Follow up with the HO/project team for timely closure of pending site requirements.

1. Installation Team Management

- Supervise and guide door installers and site manpower.

- Allocate work to installers based on project priorities and site requirements.

- Monitor installer productivity, workmanship, discipline, and attendance.

- Provide in office training and guidance to installers on proper installation methods, tools, safety, and quality standards.

- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the concerned team for additional training/support.

1. Site Issue Resolution

- Identify and resolve installation-related issues at site.

- Coordinate with the technical/project team for issues related to measurements, drawings, door alignment, hardware, civil openings, or installation quality.

- Ensure timely closure of punch points, snags, and client complaints.

- Maintain an issue tracker and follow up until closure.

1. Quality &
- Safety

- Ensure doors are installed as per required quality and company standards.

- Conduct regular checks for alignment, finishing, functionality, hardware fitting, and overall installation quality.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.

- Ensure installers follow site safety rules and client requirements.
