Role Description The City Manager role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving platform growth and user engagement within an assigned city or region. This role involves developing and executing local strategies to attract students, professionals, and institutional partners, as well as fostering relationships with industry experts and interviewers.

The City

Manager will oversee daily operations for the city, including monitoring key performance metrics, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.





Responsibilities include leading and coordinating a local team, supporting sales initiatives, promoting PInterview’s services through online and offline channels, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams.

The City

Manager will also analyze city-level data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to increase adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing local team.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret city-level data, track performance metrics, and make evidence-based decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
