We're building a strong technical foundation and are looking for an experienced technical leader to head our engineering and service operations.

About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong domain expertise in RO plants, water softeners, plumbing, and pumps. The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting water testing reports, driving technical quality across installations and service, and training our technician workforce to deliver excellence in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, installation, and commissioning of RO plants and water softener systems
- Oversee plumbing design and pump selection, sizing, and troubleshooting
- Analyze water testing reports (TDS, hardness, pH, iron, microbial parameters, etc.) and recommend suitable treatment solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across RO systems, softeners, pumps, and plumbing




- Design and conduct technical training programs for field technicians
- Build and standardize SOPs for installation, maintenance, and quality control
- Evaluate new equipment, technologies, and vendors to improve efficiency
- Support sales/operations teams with technical scoping for client proposals
- Ensure compliance with water quality and safety standards
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and engineers

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in RO plants, water softeners, plumbing & pump systems (mandatory — similar industry only)
- Ability to read and act on water testing/lab reports
- Prior experience training or mentoring technical teams
- Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable leadership and communication skills

Preferred
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Prior team-lead/managerial experience in the water treatment industry
- Exposure to automation/IoT-based water monitoring systems
