? Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Jewellery Brand ?

We are looking for a young, agile and commercially driven CEO to lead a growing jewellery retail brand based in Himachal Pradesh.

### ? Ideal Candidate

- 10 years of experience in Retail / Jewellery / Consumer businesses
- Strong experience in Sales, P&L; Management & Business Growth
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end business operations
- Strong understanding of retail expansion, revenue growth and customer experience
- Should be excited and open to relocating to Himachal Pradesh
- Young, energetic, smart and hands-on leadership style
- Candidates from leading retail brands with strong commercial exposure are preferred

### ? Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete P&L; and business performance
- Drive sales, revenue and profitability
- Lead retail operations and business expansion




- Build high-performing teams and strengthen retail processes
- Develop growth strategies for the brand and new markets
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and overall brand growth

? CTC: Up to ₹1 Crore per annum

? Location: Himachal Pradesh

? Experience: 10 Years
