The CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership to set up, scale, and manage the Gold Loan portfolio while ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing stakeholder value.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth: Design long-term strategies to scale (AUM) and expand the physical branch network.
- Financial Performance: Manage full P&L; accountability, budgetary controls, and partner with the Board to secure cost-effective institutional funding.
- Risk & Compliance: Implement strict collateral management, credit controls, and branch vigilance systems to mitigate fraud and ensure absolute RBI compliance.
- Tech Adoption: Drive digital transformation, automation, and advanced gold valuation systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Leadership: Build high-performing teams across operations, risk, and sales while providing transparent updates to the Board.





Qualifications

- Experience: 10 years of senior leadership in financial services with a proven track record in Gold Loan portfolios.
- Education: MBA, Finance post-graduation, CA, or equivalent from a premier institution.
