About Byte-MentorByte-Mentor is a student-focused mentoring platform built to create meaningful connections between students, Mentors, Industrial Experts and Entrepreneurs. We are looking for an ambitious CEO who can take ownership of business growth and help build Byte-Mentor into a scalable and impactful venture.

The OpportunityThis is not a conventional 9-to-5 employment role. As a CEO, you will have significant responsibility, decision-making authority, and ownership of business outcomes.

You will be expected to think like an entrepreneur, leader, and business owner—identifying opportunities, taking calculated risks, building teams, managing operations, and turning ideas into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end responsibility for business management and operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, customer segments, and revenue models.
- Lead and manage teams across business, marketing, sales, operations, and other functions.
- Build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, mentors, partners, and potential investors.
- Make strategic decisions independently and take ownership of the outcomes.
- Handle business risks, challenges, uncertainty, and changing market conditions.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve the platform, customer experience, and business model.
- Establish business processes, targets, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Represent Byte-Mentor in meetings, partnerships, events, and business discussions.
- Continuously experiment, learn, adapt, and identify new ways to scale the business.

Educational Qualification
- 3 or 4-year professional degree is required.
- Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant entrepreneurial or professional experience will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Candidates with strong entrepreneurial potential and exceptional leadership ability may also be considered.

CompensationProfit Percentage / Performance-Based Partnership Model This position will not follow a traditional fixed-salary structure.

The CEO will receive a percentage of the profit generated from the business they build and contribute to, based on mutually agreed terms.
