Our client, a leading Financial Services company based in Chennai is looking to hire someone to head their Compliance Function.
The ideal candidate would come with 15-22 years of extensive experience dealing with regulatory authorities especially RBI and should also share robust rapport with them.
This is a senior group level leadership role, and the candidate would be responsible to oversee and drive the Legal, Company Secretarial and Compliance functions across the group. A qualified CS is mandatory, an LLB qualification would be preferred.
