MakeProSimp LLP is looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our team for the night shift.

The role primarily involves providing timely and professional customer support through chat and other support channels. Along with customer support, the selected candidate will also be responsible for other operational and company-related tasks as assigned based on business requirements.

If you have strong written English communication skills, enjoy helping customers, are comfortable handling different responsibilities, and are willing to learn new things, we would be happy to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Handle customer queries through chat and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear and appropriate solutions.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product-related or technical issues.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and reported issues.
- Learn about our products and help customers use them effectively.
- Perform other operational, administrative, or company-related tasks as assigned based on business requirements.




- Be flexible in taking on additional responsibilities when required.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed with attention to detail.
- Skilled and customer-friendly communication.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of websites and web applications.
- Willingness to learn new products, tools, processes, and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple types of tasks when required.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during night hours.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce is an added advantage.
- Freshers and Junior candidates are welcome to apply.

Night Shift is mandatory for this position.
