Job Title: Checker – Warehouse & Dispatch Company: Shaha Marketing Pune LLP Job Category: Warehouse / Logistics Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 Years Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate Location: Pune We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Checker to support our warehouse and dispatch operations. The candidate will be responsible for checking goods, verifying quantities and ensuring accurate dispatches.

Key Responsibilities Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity and condition . Match physical goods with invoices, challans and dispatch details . Check for shortage, excess, damage or mismatch . Ensure the correct products and quantities are ready before dispatch.

Verify goods during loading and unloading . Report damaged or mismatched goods to the supervisor immediately .



Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team . Maintain basic checking and dispatch records .

Follow proper goods-handling and safety procedures . Perform other checking-related duties assigned by the supervisor/management .

Candidate

Requirements 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate. 0–2 years of experience preferred; freshers can be considered. Basic ability to read and understand invoices/challans . Good attention to detail and accuracy. Honest, responsible and punctual. Comfortable working in a warehouse/godown workplace. Good teamwork and communication skills.
