We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Chat Support Process. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, good typing ability, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate solutions.
- Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow company guidelines and process procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple chats.
