Expectations from RE

- Strong technical skills and relevant domain expertise suitable for Infosys infra.
- Experience with MDS/MLM and troubleshooting
- Availability for support whenever required, including outside standard working hours.
- Weekend support may be needed based on Critical/P1 activities.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Checkpoint issues and provide support to our team.
- Actively assist in troubleshooting all Checkpoint-related issues.
- Take full ownership of issues until resolution, including daily engagement with our team.




- Raise TAC requests as needed and work with TAC/R&D; teams to escalate and resolve critical issues promptly.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles and share insights with our team.
- Conduct health checks, performance tuning, upgrade planning, EOS replacements, internal security team finding closure along with team and hotfix installations.
- Provide guidance on best practices, configuration optimization, and security posture improvements as per Infosys standards.
- Support automation of daily administrative tasks to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Share daily updates on completed tasks, ongoing initiatives and efforts to enhance security controls.
- Explain new Checkpoint features to the team and implement them in our infra to enhance security controls.
