- 12–20+ years of overall experience
, preferably with substantial experience in
Jewellery/Luxury Retail
.
- Proven experience handling
P&L; and end-to-end retail operations
.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond and precious jewellery retail.
- Experience managing large sales teams and preferably multi-store operations
.
- Strong understanding of inventory, pricing, margins and retail KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Should have a business-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
.
Preferred:
Candidates currently working as
CEO, Business Head, Retail Head, Regional Head, Sales Head, General Manager or Senior Store/Showroom Head in the Jewellery or Luxury Retail industry.
