? Key Responsibilities• Manage and oversee complete centre operations
- Drive admissions, sales and revenue targets
- Lead, motivate and monitor the centre team
- Ensure smooth coordination between Counselling, Training & Operations
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly enrolment targets
- Maintain student experience and centre performance
- Handle daily MIS, reporting and performance reviews
- Build local partnerships and business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
? Candidate Profile✔️ Graduate/Post Graduate
✔️ 3–6 years of experience in Centre Management, Education,
EdTech, Training or Sales
✔️ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets
✔️ Strong understanding of centre operations and business development
✔️ Candidates from Education, EdTech, Aviation Training or related industries will be preferred
