Centre Head – Credo Joy Dhanbad

- Location: Dhanbad | Experience: 3–7 years | Employment: Full-Time

Role Overview The Centre Head will be responsible for the overall academic, operational and growth management of Credo Joy Dhanbad, ensuring a joyful learning environment and excellent experience for children,



parents and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the

day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Lead, mentor and monitor
teachers and support staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of the
Credo Joy curriculum and teaching practices.
- Build strong
parent relationships and handle queries and concerns.
- Drive
admissions, enrolment and centre growth.
- Conduct parent orientations, events, workshops and community activities.
- Ensure
child safety, hygiene, discipline and compliance.
- Monitor attendance, academic quality, parent feedback and centre performance.
- Coordinate with management on
marketing, admissions and centre development.

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate/Postgraduate in

Education, Management, Psychology or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in
preschool/school administration or centre management.
- Strong communication, leadership and parent-handling skills.
- Passionate about
early childhood education and working with children.
- Organised, proactive, empathetic and
