Greetings from TCS! /n Job Title: CC&B; Techno Functional Consultant /n Required Skillset: Oracle C2M. /n Location: Kolkata /n Experience Range: 6+ years /n : /n Must Have: /n 1. 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B; and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B; /n 2. Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc. /n 3.

Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals /n 4. Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points /n 5.

Experience in Solution Design and support Good communication Skills /n Positive To Have: /n 1.

Functional

Knowledge on utility industry /n 2.
