Key Responsibilities

- Support immigration case processing and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and maintain immigration forms and supporting documents.
- Update case details and track case status in relevant systems.
- Follow up on pending documentation and case requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders on routine case-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned cases.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience in immigration, immigration operations, or case processing.
- Valuable understanding of immigration processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
