Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and tracking interview processes, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.

The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, update job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position also includes maintaining recruitment reports, using HR systems to track hiring metrics, and contributing to employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.




- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and qualified networking platforms for talent acquisition.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and standard onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proven capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or in HR operations, preferably in a services-oriented or corporate environment.
