Role Description We are looking for a passionate and approachable Career Counsellor to guide students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad, with specific country experience of UK, Europe and Australia. You will work closely with students, understand their goals, recommend suitable countries and courses, and support them through every stage from test prep advice to visa counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students on study options in countries like the UK, Australia, and Europe
- Understand student profiles, preferences,



and goals to recommend the right universities/courses
- Guide students through test prep requirements (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, SAT) and timelines
- Assist with application process, documentation, and shortlisting of universities
- Coordinate with admissions teams, internal departments, and external partners as needed
- Keep students updated on deadlines, application status, and visa processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads
- Stay updated on changes in international education policies and admissions processes
- Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online counselling sessions

- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students
- Ability to explain complex procedures in a simple, clear way
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Confident, motivated, and empathetic approach
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes (training will be provided if fresher)

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

- Experience in counselling, sales, student services, or similar customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with countries, tests, and timelines related to international education
- CRM or Google Workspace proficiency
