Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Career Advisor to guide candidates throughout their US job-search journey. The role involves understanding candidate profiles, improving resumes, assisting with job applications, preparing candidates for interviews, coordinating with recruitment teams, and maintaining regular candidate follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand candidates' skills, experience, education, career goals, and job preferences.
- Provide personalized career guidance and recommend suitable job opportunities.
- Review and optimize resumes according to US job-market requirements.
- Guide candidates on LinkedIn profiles, job portals, and effective job-search strategies.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct mock interview sessions when required.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate profiles, requirements, interviews, and feedback.
- Follow up regularly with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and placement progress.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their job-search journey.
- Track candidates from application through interview and placement.
- Address candidate concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, job-market requirements,



and recruitment processes.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to candidate engagement, applications, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Counseling, Recruitment, US Staffing, Placement Services, HR, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and counseling skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment and job-search processes.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and meet targets.
- Experience with US job portals or US staffing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
