Role Description The Career Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves guiding candidates and students through career exploration, goal setting, and development plans, using structured counseling sessions and assessment tools.

The Career

Advisor will collaborate with internal recruitment, training, and business teams to understand market trends and align individuals with suitable opportunities.

Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling, facilitating career workshops, maintaining accurate records,



and providing ongoing support throughout the job search or career transition process. The role also includes creating clear communication materials, offering feedback on resumes and interview readiness, and ensuring a positive, inclusive experience for all individuals seeking career guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to support individuals in making informed academic and professional choices.
- Experience in Career Development and Career Management to design growth plans and pathways aligned with industry needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to conduct sessions, deliver workshops, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in advising students, early-career professionals, or experienced talent in a counseling, HR, or learning and development setting.
- Ability to analyze labor market trends and skill requirements and translate them into practical guidance for candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing non-discriminatory, inclusive support to diverse individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in counseling or career coaching are an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and online platforms used for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
