We are looking for an experienced Camel Integration Developer to join our team and work on enterprise-scale integration solutions using Apache Camel, Java, Spring Boot, and messaging technologies.

This is a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) opportunity, where the selected candidate will initially join on a contractual basis, with the potential to transition to a permanent/full time role based on performance, business requirements, and mutual suitability.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise applications and APIs using Apache Camel and related technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel and Java.
- Develop and maintain Camel routes using Java DSL / Spring Boot.
- Implement integrations between REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging systems, and external applications.
- Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) for scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Work with Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, and other messaging platforms.
- Develop REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Implement error handling, retries, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and transaction management.




- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and other application teams.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Apache Camel.
- Good experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
- Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Kafka, JMS/ActiveMQ, and SQL.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Enterprise integration or banking/financial-services experience is an advantage.
