Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager based in New Delhi. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, coordinating food service, and meeting sales targets.



The individual will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards while creating a positive and energetic workplace for customers and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service management processes
- Experience in Sales and achieving business target goals
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a result-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
