We are looking for an experienced inbound and outbound tele caller to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting the health and well-being of pets.

Role Description The Call Center Representative role at PawsnCollars is a full-time, on-site position based in HSR layout Bengaluru. In this role, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries about products, services and orders, and provide support for appointments. The role involves accurately recording customer interactions in the system, updating appointment details, and coordinating with internal teams to promptly.

The representative will also follow call scripts and guidelines, maintain service quality standards,



and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through transparent, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

- Customer service and support skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and handling Customer Support interactions.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through timely, solution-focused responses.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Solid Computer Literacy, including comfort with call center software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or pet care-related customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum diploma or degree equivalent; additional customer service or communication training is beneficial.
