About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Trainee in Business Finance to join our Finance department. This role offers practical exposure to financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monthly/quarterly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor cash flows and support treasury operations
- Prepare internal financial statements and management reports
- Conduct profitability and financial performance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in statutory compliance and audit processes
- Generate KPI dashboards and business intelligence reports
- Support special finance projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

- CA Article/Intermediate pass (pursuing Final)
- Eligible for CA Industrial Trainee program
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and corporate finance basics
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting concepts

Required Skills

- Technical: Advanced Excel, accounting software (Tally/SAP), financial modeling
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication, time management, teamwork
