Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated CA Article / Article Assistant to support our finance and accounting functions. The role provides hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance activities, offering strong practical learning in line with ICAI training requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

- Assisting in bookkeeping and accounting using Tally / accounting software
- Preparation and review of financial statements and schedules
- Bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
- Assisting in monthly and year-end closing activities

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation)
- Assisting in Income Tax Return preparation for individuals and firms
- Support in tax audits, assessments, and notices
- Assisting in TDS computation, returns, and compliance

Audit & Compliance

- Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Vouching, verification of documents,



and audit working papers
- Compliance with Companies Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws
- Supporting senior team members during client audits and reviews

Other Responsibilities

- Preparing MIS reports and financial summaries
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
- Coordinating with clients for data collection and clarifications

Eligibility Criteria

- Registered as a CA Article / Article Assistant with ICAI
- Cleared CA Foundation / CA Intermediate as applicable
- Strong understanding of basic accounting, taxation, and audit concepts

Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
