? About the Internship

As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you’ll work between business and technical teams to understand requirements and help translate them into practical system solutions. You’ll gain exposure to the different stages involved in analyzing and improving business applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their business and system requirements.
- Study existing applications and workflows to identify improvement areas.
- Document functional requirements and expected system behavior.
- Prepare process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Assist in converting business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams during implementation.
- Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Record bugs, system issues, and requirement gaps.
- Help verify whether developed features meet business requirements.
- Analyze system reports and identify inconsistencies.
- Assist in evaluating proposed system enhancements.
- Maintain requirement documents and project records.
- Support senior analysts with system research and analysis activities.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Basic understanding of business processes and software systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with flowcharts, process mapping, or UML is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar project-management platforms is beneficial.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
