? Role Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you will assist in understanding business needs, analyzing existing systems, documenting requirements, and supporting teams during the development and improvement of business applications.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering functional and business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand how existing software systems support business processes.
- Analyze workflows to identify system gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Prepare requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Coordinate with developers and other technical teams to clarify requirements.
- Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document bugs, issues, and expected system behavior.
- Support the evaluation of proposed system enhancements.
- Analyze system-generated data and reports for inconsistencies.
- Maintain project documentation and requirement records.
- Assist senior analysts with research and system-related analysis.
- Participate in meetings and help track action items and requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Basic understanding of business processes and software systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage.
- Familiarity with process mapping, flowcharts, or UML is a plus.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
