Designation: Business Sales Manager - Banca Channel Job Purpose: To drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, conducting customer meetings, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials for sales conversion. Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers. Identify and convert leads generated through branch referrals and walk-in customers.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline. 1 to 3 years of experience in Life Insurance/ Fresh Bancassurance/Banking/BFSI/NBFC, or Financial Services. Positive communication and relationship management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes preferred Native to mentioned locations preferred Presentable Fluent English communication
