? About the Internship

As a Business Systems Analyst Intern, you will work at the intersection of business and technology . You will assist in understanding business requirements, analyzing existing systems and processes, documenting requirements, and supporting teams in developing solutions that improve business operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and system specifications.
- Assist in translating business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Work with development and technical teams to communicate functional requirements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
- Assist in identifying and documenting system-related problems and potential solutions.
- Analyze business data and system outputs to identify trends and inconsistencies.
- Support implementation and improvement of business applications and processes.
- Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation.
- Assist senior analysts with research, analysis, and project-related tasks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of business processes and information systems .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
- Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UML, flowcharts, wireframes, or process mapping is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
