Role Description The Business Operations and Strategy Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, including tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

The associate will analyze data and processes to identify operational efficiencies, contribute to strategic planning, and support financial forecasting and budgeting efforts. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with leadership on business initiatives, documenting workflows, assisting with resource planning, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.



The role requires proactive problem-solving, structured organization, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Operations skills, including process optimization, workflow management, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge, including data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and basic financial modeling.
