Role Description The Business Manager (Interior Designing Only) will oversee day-to-day business operations for SpazioLiv’s interior design projects, ensuring smooth coordination between design, sales, procurement, and execution teams. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Pune Division, includes managing client relationships, tracking project timelines, controlling budgets, and supporting resource allocation to meet quality and delivery standards.

The Business

Manager will help develop and implement business strategies, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to process improvements that enhance profitability and client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating closely with designers, vendors, and contractors, preparing reports for leadership,



and ensuring alignment with the company’s design vision and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong business operations and project management skills, with experience in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple interior design projects.
- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client requirements, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Vendor and contractor coordination skills, with experience in procurement, negotiation, and overseeing site execution in interior design or related fields.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including competence in tracking performance metrics, preparing business reports, and contributing to process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with design, sales, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of residential interior design processes, materials, and workflows; prior experience in an interior design or construction environment is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools); familiarity with design-related software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, manage deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
