Role Description The Business Manager Home Loan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. The role involves managing and growing the home loan portfolio by acquiring recent customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the loan lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation, conducting customer meetings, guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes, and coordinating with credit, operations, and branch teams to ensure timely disbursals.

The Business

Manager will monitor portfolio performance, manage risk and repayment behavior, and implement local sales strategies to achieve business targets. The role also includes market analysis,



competitor tracking, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and target achievement in retail lending or home loans.
- Knowledge of home loan products, processes, credit assessment basics, and documentation requirements in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs, identify risks, and propose suitable loan solutions.
- Proficiency in using banking systems, CRM tools, and basic office software (such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage field visits, and collaborate effectively with branch staff and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in home loans or retail banking is preferred.
