About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive sales and business growth for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the interior industry, products, materials, sales and customer management, along with experience in leading sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value interior projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.
- Have good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials and full-home interiors.
- Monitor leads, sales pipeline, conversions and team performance.
- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth customer handover.
- Handle important customer discussions, negotiations and escalations.




- Identify new business and referral opportunities.
- Share regular sales and business performance updates with management.

What We're Looking For

- 8–10 years of experience in the interior/home improvement industry.
- Strong experience in residential interior projects and sales.
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes and interior solutions. Proven experience in sales team management and business target achievement.
- Strong customer handling, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with interior or home improvement companies will be an advantage.
