? Role Overview In this role, you will support the team in converting business data into meaningful reports and insights. You’ll work with different datasets, assist with dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and help identify trends that can support business planning.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business data to identify significant trends and patterns.
- Assist in preparing business performance reports.
- Develop and update dashboards for internal teams.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight significant changes in performance.
- Combine and organize information from multiple data sources.
- Perform data cleaning and validation before creating reports.
- Create charts and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist teams with data-driven questions and reporting requirements.
- Prepare summaries that explain key business insights.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business research.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports,



and datasets.
- Work with team members to improve reporting processes.

? Skills & Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data analysis and business reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Understanding of KPIs and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of statistics is helpful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
